Medicare Overview

CVMG is participating in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Direct Contracting Entity (DCE) program for Original Medicare (Parts A and B), also known as Fee for Service beneficiaries. CMS automatically aligns certain beneficiaries with the DCE model and those beneficiaries receive extra benefits while retaining the freedom of choice to use any doctor, hospital or other healthcare professional that accepts Medicare. Fee for Service Beneficiaries with Original Medicare can also choose to voluntarily align with the DCE to receive these extra benefits.
